शहरात 9 सप्टेंबर रोजी वक्फ दुरुस्ती विधेयकाच्या विरोधात "तहाफुज-ए-औकाफ"काॅनफरन्सचे आयोजन, ओवेसी उपस्थित राहणार

वक्फ दुरुस्ती विधेयकाच्या विरोधात ’’तहाफु़ज-ए-औकाफ कॉन्फरन्सचे आयोजन’’

जेपीसी सदस्य बॅरिस्टर असदोद्दीन ओवेसी यांच्यासह उलेमा, मौलाना व कायदेतज्ञांची उपस्थिती

छ.संभाजीनगर(औरंगाबाद),दि.6(डि-24 न्यूज) वक्फ बोर्डांचे नियमन करणार्‍या कायद्यात सुधारणा करणारे विधेयक 'वक्फ (दुरुस्ती) विधेयक - 2024' केंद्रीय मंत्री यांनी सादर केल्याने सभागृहात विधेयकावरुन जबरदस्त गदारोळ होऊन संपुर्ण देशातुन प्रखरतेने विरोध होत आहे. वक्फ दुरुस्ती विधेयकावर सविस्तर चर्चा करण्यासाठी आणि उलेमा, मौलाना व कायदेतज्ञांचे मत जाणून घेण्यासाठी दिनांक 9 सप्टेंबर 2024 रोजी दुपारी 2.30 ते 6 वाजेदरम्यान हज हाऊस, औरंगाबाद येथे ’’तहाफु़ज-ए-औकाफ कॉन्फरन्सचे आयोजन’’ करण्यात आल्याची माहिती माजी खासदार इम्तियाज जलील यांनी दिली.

विधेयकास देशभरातुन विरोधानंतर केंद्र शासनाने संयुक्त संसदीय समिती (जेपीसी) स्थापन करुन सविस्तर चर्चा विमर्श व छाननी करण्यासाठी त्यांच्याकडे विधेयक पाठविले. त्या समितीत खासदार बॅरिस्टर असदोद्दीन ओवेसी हे सुध्दा सदस्य आहेत. या समितीचे अध्यक्ष आहेत जगदंबिका पाल. समितीचे सर्व सदस्य हे देशभरातील वक्फशी संबंधीत संस्था, सामाजिक संघटना, व्यक्ती आणि सर्वसामान्य नागरीकांचे मत जाणून घेत आहे. त्याचाच एक भाग म्हणून या कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे.

          जेपीसी सदस्य असदोद्दीन ओवेसी यांनी ‘मोदी सरकारला वक्फ बोर्डाची स्वायत्तता हिरावून घ्यायची आहे आणि त्यात हस्तक्षेप करायचा आहे. तुम्ही वक्फ बोर्डाची स्थापना आणि रचनेत सुधारणा केल्यास प्रशासकीय अनागोंदी होईल. वक्फ बोर्डाची स्वायत्तता नष्ट होईल. वक्फ बोर्डावर सरकारी नियंत्रण वाढलं तर त्याच्या स्वातंत्र्यावर परिणाम होईल.’ अशी टिका केली होती.

विधेयक राज्यघटनेच्या कलम 14, 15 आणि 25 च्या तत्त्वांचे उल्लंघन करते. हे विधेयक भेदभावपूर्ण आणि मनमानी दोन्ही आहे. हे विधेयक आणून तुम्ही (केंद्र सरकार) राष्ट्राला जोडण्याचा प्रयत्न करत नाही तर फाळणी करत आहात. तुम्ही मुस्लिमांचे शत्रू आहात याचा पुरावा हे विधेयक असल्याचे बॅरिस्टर असदोद्दीन ओवेसी यांनी संसदेत म्हटले होते.

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar(Aurangabad),6 Sep In order to discuss the Waqf Amendment Bill 2024  in detail and to get the opinion of Ulema, Maulana and Jurists on  September 9  , "Tahafuz-e-Awqaf Conference" was organized at Haj House here here,said former MP Imtiaz Jaleel on Friday. 

 The bill 'Waqf (Amendment) Bill - 2024', which amends the law governing Waqf Boards, has been introduced by the Union Minister, causing a huge uproar in the House and strong opposition from all over the country. 

After the opposition to the bill from all over the country, the central government constituted a joint parliamentary committee (JPC) under the chairmanship of Lok sabha  MP Jagdambika Pal and sent the bill to them for detailed discussion and scrutiny.AIMIM MP Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi is also a member of that committee,he said.

All the members of the committee are seeking the opinion of waqf related institutions, social organizations, individuals and common citizens across the country.  This program has been organized as a part of it.

   JPC member Asaduddin Owaisi had  criticized that , "The Modi government wants to take away the autonomy of the Waqf Board and interfere in it."  If government amend the constitution and composition of the Waqf Board, it will lead to administrative chaos.  The autonomy of the Waqf Board will be lost.  If government control over the Waqf Board increases, it will affect its independence. 

The Bill violates the principles of Articles 14, 15 and 25 of the Constitution.  This bill is both discriminatory and arbitrary.  By bringing this bill,central government are not trying to unite the nation but dividing it.  Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi had said in Parliament that this bill is proof that you are an enemy of Muslims,added Jaleel.
