उद्याचा महाराष्ट्र बंद मागे, शरद पवारांचे आवाहन, मात्र आंदोलन करणार...!

राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसचे शरदचंद्र पवार गटाचे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष शरद पवार यांनी शुक्रवारी सांगितले की, बदलापूर घटनेच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर उद्या (24 ऑगस्ट)  राज्यव्यापी सार्वजनिक बंद (बंद) मागे घेण्यात आला आहे. 

 पवार यांनी त्यांच्या सोशल मीडिया हँडल X वर म्हटले आहे की, त्या दोन निष्पाप मुलींवर झालेला अत्याचार अतिशय घृणास्पद होता.  त्यामुळे समाजाच्या सर्व स्तरातून याबाबत तीव्र जनभावना निर्माण झाल्या.  या प्रकरणाकडे सरकारचे लक्ष वेधण्याचा हा प्रयत्न होता.

 हा बंद भारतीय राज्यघटनेच्या मूलभूत अधिकारांच्या कक्षेत होता. 

   मात्र, उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांनी हा बंद असंवैधानिक असल्याचा निकाल दिला आहे.  

या निर्णयाविरुद्ध सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात तातडीने अपील करणे कालमर्यादेमुळे शक्य नाही, असे त्यांनी नमूद केले. 

भारतीय न्यायव्यवस्था ही घटनात्मक संस्था असल्याने घटनेचा आदर राखत उद्याचा बंद मागे घ्यावा, असे ट्विट पवार यांनी केले.

 पवारांच्या आवाहनानंतर त्यांच्या पक्ष आणि काँग्रेसने उद्या बंद पुकारण्याचा निर्णय मागे घेतला आहे.

शिवसेना (उबाठा) गटाने राज्यात काळ्या फिती लावून निषेध आंदोलन करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. राज्यात महाविकास आघाडीतील घटकपक्ष हे आंदोलन एकत्र करणार आहे.

 उद्या बंदच्या ऐवजी विरोधी पक्षांचे कार्यकर्ते सकाळी 11 ते 12 या वेळेत काळी फित लावून आंदोलन करतील, अशी माहिती सूत्रांनी दिली.

Tomorrow bandh called off:Pawar 

Mumbai,Aug 5 NCP Sharadchandra Pawar Group National President Sharad Pawar on Friday said that ,in the wake of the Badlapur incident, tomorrow(August 24) a statewide public shutdown (Bandh) was called off. 

Pawar on his social media handle X stated that, the torture done to those two innocent girls was very disgusting. As a result, strong public sentiments emerged in this regard from all levels of the society. This was an attempt to draw the government's attention to this matter.

This bandh was within the purview of the Fundamental Rights of the Constitution of India. 

 However, The High Court, Bombay has ruled that the bandh is unconstitutional.  

Against the said decision Urgent appeal in Supreme Court is not possible due to time limit,he stated. 

  As the Indian judiciary is a constitutional institution, it is requested to withdraw tomorrow's bandh while respecting the constitution,tweeted Pawar.

After the Pawar appeal his party and Congress has decided to called of tomorrow bandh.

While decision from UBT yet to be announced .

Instead of bandh on tomorrow,opposition parties activits will held protest between 11 to 12 hours with wearing black badge,said sources .
