ऐतिहासिक हर्सुल तलाव ओव्हर फ्लो, मनपा प्रशासन सज्ज

छत्रपती संभाजीनगर(औरंगाबाद), दि.26(डि-24 न्यूज), शहरातील ऐतिहासिक हर्सुल तलाव भरल्यानंतर ओव्हर फ्लो झाल्याने माशा बाहेर पडल्या आहेत. त्या पकडण्यासाठी सकाळी गर्दी उमडली होती. सुरक्षा रक्षकांनी त्या लोकांना हुसकावून लावले. हा तलाव शहरातील 18 ते 20 वार्डाची तहान भागवतो. तलाव भरल्यानंतर मनपा प्रशासन सज्ज झाले आहे येथे सुरक्षा वाढवण्यात आली आहे. यावर्षी समाधानकारक पाऊस झाल्याने तलावात 28 फुटाहून जास्त पाणी झाल्याने ओव्हर फ्लो झाले आहे. नदीकाठावरील लोकांना सतर्कतेचा इशारा देण्यात आला आहे. सध्या तरी काही धोका या पाण्यामुळे दिसत नाही तरीही महापालिकेच्या वतीने सतर्कता बाळगली जात आहे. उन्हाळ्यात होणारी शहरातील पाण्याची टंचाई राहणार नाही कारण मनपाचा पाणीपुरवठा विभाग या तलावातून उपसा वाढवणार असल्याची माहिती डि-24 न्यूजला मिळाली आहे.

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar(Aurangabad), Sep 26 The historic Nizam-era Harsul lake was filled up cent percent  to its capacity as uninterrupted rains continued here on Thursday.

Considered as the main source of drinking water supply to the old city area, the lake started to overflow on today.

Presently, the heavy discharge of water is falling into the downstream Khan river. 

Since last couple of days city and its environs have received extreme rains resulting the reservoir has filled up.

Despite the monsoon woes, several enthusiasts have reached Harsul to get a pristine view of the lake.

  Due to this, on behalf of the civic administration, the citizens living on the banks of Kham river have been alerted. 

  On this occasion  Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation  employees inspected and alerted the people living on the banks of Kham river.
