महंत रामगिरी यांच्यावर 28 हुन अधिक एफआयआर दाखल झाले तरी त्यांना अटक का होत नाही...!

छ.संभाजीनगर(औरंगाबाद) दि.27(डि-24 न्यूज) महंत रामगिरी गुरु नारायण गिरी महाराज यांच्या विरोधात राज्यात 28 हून अधिक गुन्हे दाखल झाले तरीही त्यांना आतापर्यंत अटक का केली नाही असा सवाल मुस्लिम नुमायंदा कौन्सिलने सरकारला विचारला आहे. एका विशिष्ट धर्माच्या विरोधात व प्रेषित मोहंमद पैगंबरांच्या विरोधात ते अपशब्द काढतात व त्यांच्यावर एफआयआर दाखल असताना राज्याचे प्रमुख मुख्यमंत्री त्यांच्या व्यासपीठावर जाऊन त्यांची पाठराखण करतात मग राज्यात कायद्याचा धाकच उरलेला नाही असे आम्ही समजावे का...? मुख्यमंत्री एका विशिष्ट समाजाचे आहेत का....असा प्रश्न विभागीय आयुक्त यांना निवेदन सादर करुन नुमायंदा कौन्सिलचे अध्यक्ष जियाओद्दीन सिद्दीकी यांनी उपस्थित केला आहे.

आज दुपारी नुमायंदा कौन्सिल व विविध राजकीय पक्षांच्या पदाधिकारी यांनी विभागीय आयुक्त यांची भेट घेऊन या विषयावर चर्चा केली.

त्यांच्या वक्तव्याने समाजाच्या भावना दुखावल्या आहेत. आम्ही सर्व त्रास सहन करु शकतो परंतु प्रेषित मोहंमद पैगंबर यांच्या बद्दल अपशब्द सहन करणार नाही. स्वयंघोषित धर्मगुरु बाबा रामगिरी यांनी स्वतःच्या धर्माचा अभ्यास करून प्रवचन द्यावे परंतु इतर धर्माबद्दल ते का बोलले. आठ दिवसांच्या आत बाबा रामगिरी यांना अटक केली नाही तर राज्यभर तीव्र आंदोलन लोकशाही मार्गाने करणार असल्याचा इशारा निवेदनात देण्यात आला आहे.

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar(Aurangabad), August 27 The Muslim representative council on Tuesday asked the government that even though many cases have been filed against Mahant Ramgiri Guru Narayan Giri Maharaj in the state, why he has not been arrested so far. 

Ramgiri Maharaj use slurs against a particular religion and Prophet Mohammad and when an FIR is filed against them, the chief minister of the state goes to their platform and supports them, so are we to assume that there is no fear of law in the state,asked such question Chairman of Representative Council Ziauddin Siddiqui and said whether the Chief Minister belongs to a particular community.

This afternoon representatives council and office bearers of various political parties met the Divisional Commissioner and discussed the issue.

In their memorundum they stated that the sentiments of the community was hurt due to his statement . We can bear all the trouble but Prophet Muhammad will not bear bad words about the Prophet. Self-proclaimed religious guru Baba Ramgiri should study his own religion and preach but why did he talk about other religions,he further asked . 

 The statement has warned that if Baba Ramgiri is not arrested within eight days, a strong agitation will be carried out across the state through democratic means,added Siddiqui.
