छ.संभाजीनगर(औरंगाबाद) दि.23(डि-24 न्यूज) बदलापूरच्या घटनेवर आम्ही राजकारण करत नाही तर न्याय मिळत नसल्याने जनतेचा उद्रेक झाला. रेल्वे रुळावर जे आंदोलन झाले आंदोलकांवर भाजपाच्या आमदारांसमोरच आंदोलकांवर पोलिसांनी अमानूष लाठीचार्ज केला. काँग्रेसची स्पष्ट भूमिका आहे गुन्हा घडल्यावर तात्काळ एफआयआर दाखल झाले पाहिजे. उशीर कशाला लावला जातो. बदलापूर घटनेतील पिडीत मुलीची आई गरोदर असताना 11 तास पोलिस ठाण्यात ताटकळत ठेवले. घटना 12 आणि 13 ऑगस्ट रोजी मुली बाथरुममध्ये गेल्या असताना हि दुर्देवी घटना घडली. आरोपिला 17 ऑगस्ट रोजी अटक करण्यात आली. महायुती सरकार व प्रशासनाच्या विरुद्ध लोकांचा रोष 20 ऑगस्ट रोजी बदलापूर रेल्वे स्थानकावर आंदोलन करुन न्यायाची मागणी करतानाच दिसून आली. मात्र न्याय देण्याच्या ऐवजी आंदोलकांवर अंबरनाथचे आमदार बाळाजी किनकर व माजी महापौर वामन म्हात्रे यांच्या उपस्थितीत लाठीचार्ज करण्यात आला.
सरकारच्या वतीने महिलांचा सन्मान करण्याच्या खोट्या घोषणा करत आहे पण राज्यातील महीला सुरक्षित नाही. मुख्यमंत्र्यांच्या मतदारसंघात चिमुकलींवर लैंगिक छळाच्या घटना घडली. महायुती सरकारच्या कार्यकाळात राज्यात महीलांवरील अत्याचारात वाढ झाली. अशा घटना वारंवार होऊ नये यासाठी सरकारने कठोर पाऊल उचलण्याची गरज आहे. बदलापूर घटनेतील आरोपिला सुनावणी फास्ट ट्रॅक कोर्टात घेऊन फाशीची शिक्षा झाली पाहिजे. यानंतर असे कृत्य करण्याची कोणाची हिंमत होणार नाही. अशी मागणी पत्रकार परिषदेत काँग्रेस पक्षाचे राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्त्या डॉली शर्मा यांनी केली आहे.
त्यांनी पुढे आरोप करताना सांगितले शाळा कमिटीतील सदस्यांना संरक्षण देण्यासाठी एफआयआर दडपण्याचा प्रयत्न केल्याचे उघड झाले आहे. शाळेतील कमिटी सदस्य भाजपाशी संबंधित आहेत. एक सदस्य भाजपा बदलापूर उपाध्यक्ष व दुसरे एक सदस्य भाजपाचे आहे. पिडीतेला न्याय मिळू नये असा प्रयत्न तेथे झाला असल्याचा आरोप त्यांनी केला.
दुर्दैवाने 20,762 धक्कादायक घटनांसह महाराष्ट्र देशात बालकांवरील गुन्ह्यांमध्ये आघाडीवर आहे. एनडिए च्या काळात भारतात प्रत्येक 16 मिनिटांनी एका महीलेवर बलात्कार होतो. प्रत्येक दिवसाला महाराष्ट्रात 48 गुन्हे मुलींच्या विरोधात आणि 120 गुन्हे महिलांच्या विरोधात झाले. मुंबई आता महिलांवरील गुन्ह्यांमध्ये दिल्लीच्या मागे दुस-या क्रमांकावर आहे. ठाण्यात फक्त सात महीन्यात गुन्ह्यांमध्ये 57 टक्के वाढ झाली आहे. सन 2023 मध्ये ठाण्यात दररोज विविध 44 गुन्हे घडले. अत्याचाराच्या घटना थांबले पाहिजे, दोषींवर कठोर कारवाई करावी व राज्यातील महीलांच्या सुरक्षेसाठी काँग्रेस शांत बसणार नाही, बहीण सुरक्षित पाहिजे मग लाडक्या बहीणीवर चर्चा करावी अशी टिका पत्रकार परिषदेत डॉली शर्मा केली. त्या पुढे म्हणाल्या यामध्ये आम्ही राजकारण करत नाही तर पिडित परिवारासोबत व राज्यातील महीलांना सुरक्षा मिळावी अशी काँग्रेसची भूमिका त्यांनी स्पष्ट केली.
यावेळी जिल्हाध्यक्ष तथा खासदार डॉ.कल्याण काळे, माजीमंत्री अनिल पटेल, डॉ.जितेंद्र देहाडे यांची उपस्थिती होती.

Badlapur incident culprit should be sentenced to death:Dolly Sharma
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar(Aurangabad) ,Aug 23 Congress party national Spokesperson Dolly Sharma on Friday said that, we are not doing politics on the incident of Badlapur, but because we are not getting justice, the public erupted. The protestors who protested on the railway track were brutally lathi-charged by the police in front of the Shiv Sena MLA.
Addressing a press conference here on today she said that,
Congress has a clear stance that an FIR should be filed immediately when a crime occurs. Why the delay? The mother of the victim girl in Badlapur incident was kept in police station for 11 hours when she was pregnant. The incident took place on August 12 and 13 when the girls went to the bathroom. The accused was arrested on August 17. The anger of the people against the grand coalition government and the administration was evident when they staged a protest at the Badlapur railway station on August 20 and demanded justice. But instead of giving justice, the protesters were lathicharged in the presence of Ambernath MLA Balaji Kinkar and former mayor Vaman Mhatre,she said .
The government is making false announcements of honoring women but women in the state are not safe. Incidents of sexual harassment of minors took place in the Chief Minister's constituency. During the tenure of the Mahayuti government, violence against women increased in the state. The government needs to take strict steps to prevent such incidents from happening again. The accused in the Badlapur incident should be tried in a fast track court and sentenced to death.No one will dare to do such a thing after this,she demanded .
She further alleged that it was revealed that an attempt was made to suppress the FIR to protect the school committee members. The school committee members belong to BJP. One member is BJP Badlapur vice president and another member is from BJP. She alleged that there was an attempt to prevent the victim from getting justice.
Unfortunately, Maharashtra leads the country in crimes against children with a staggering 20,762 incidents. During NDA, a woman was raped every 16 minutes in India. Every day in Maharashtra 48 crimes against girls and 120 crimes against women. Mumbai now ranks second behind Delhi in crimes against women.In just seven months, there has been a 57 percent increase in crime in Thane. In the year 2023, 44 different crimes were committed in Thane every day,she stated.
Sharma criticized that incidents of atrocities should be stopped, strict action should be taken against the culprits and Congress will not sit quietly for the safety of women in the state, the sister should be safe and then the beloved sister should be discussed.
She further said that we are not doing politics in this, but she clarified the position of Congress that the women of the state should get security along with the victim's family. The government should start reforms immediately,she added.
