छत्रपती संभाजीनगर(औरंगाबाद), दि.23(डि-24 न्यूज) आज सकाळी 8 वाजेच्या दरम्यान एमआयएमचे प्रदेशाध्यक्ष इम्तियाज जलील यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली त्यांच्या निवासस्थानापासून समृध्दीमहामार्गे तिरंगा रॅली मुंबईकडे रवाना झाली आहे. यावेळी रस्त्यावर पोलिसांचा बंदोबस्त तैनात करण्यात आला होता. विवादास्पद वक्तव्य करणाऱ्या बाबा रामगिरी व नितेश राणे यांना तात्काळ अटक करा या मागणीसाठी दहा हजार वाहनांचा ताफा घेऊन तिरंगा रॅली निघाली असल्याची माहिती एमआयएमचे शहराध्यक्ष शारेक नक्शबंदी यांनी डि-24 न्यूजला दिली आहे.
तिरंगा रॅली निघण्यापूर्वी इम्तियाज जलील यांनी माध्यमांशी संवाद साधला. त्यांनी म्हटले आम्हाला राज्य सरकारकडून अपेक्षा होती संविधानाप्रमाणे देश चालतो. असे वाटत होते मात्र असे दिसत नाही. कोर्टाकडून अपेक्षा होती तिथेही न्याय मिळाला नाही. म्हणून आज लोकशाही मार्गाने व शांततेत मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे व उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांना संविधानाची प्रत देण्यासाठी चाललो आहे. त्यांना आम्हाला आठवण करून द्यायची आहे तुमचे कर्तव्य काय आहे. 60 हुन अधिक गुन्हे बाबा रामगिरी वर दाखल असताना कार्यवाही होत नाही. म्हणून आज आम्ही मुंबईला निघालो आहे. मी जाती धर्माविरोधात बोलायला जात नाही तर राज्याची संस्कृती होती ते आपण विसरलो आहे. आम्ही गंगापूर मार्गाने जाणार होतो मात्र यातही घाणेरडे राजकारण सुरू आहे. गंगापूर येथे एक हिंदूत्ववादी रॅली काढली जात आहे त्यात काही लोक राजकारण करत असल्याने वाद नको म्हणून आम्ही मार्ग बदलला. पोलिस म्हणत आहेत इथं जाऊ शकत नाही तिथं जाऊ शकत नाही. आम्ही संविधान मानणारे आहोत. आम्हाला जायचे आहे आम्हाला अधिकार आहे. येणारे लोक कुठल्या पक्षाचे नाही. लोक मस्जिद मध्ये येऊन मारु म्हणतात आणि पोलिस गप्प बसतात त्यावर कारवाई होत नसेल तर मी कुठलाही झेंडा न वापरता जात आहे. मी सगळ्या पक्षांच्या लोकांना पत्र पाठवून आवाहन केले आहे. राजकीय दबाव असल्याने गुन्हे दाखल होत नाही. महापुरुषांचा, दैवी शक्तिचा अपमान होऊ नये यासाठी कायदा करण्याची गरज आहे. नितेश राणे जे बोलतात मग त्यांना मुभा आहे मला न्याय वेगळा आणि नितेश राणे यांना वेगळा न्याय अशी टीका त्यांनी केली.

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar(Aurangabad), Sep 23 Tricolor rally cars fleets under the leadership of AIMIM state president and Former MP Imtiaz Jalil has left Monday morning for Mumbai from his residence of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar via Samruddhi Expressway.

Sharek Naqshbandi, city president of AIMIM, has informed that a tricolor rally has started with a fleet of thousand of vehicles to demand the immediate arrest of Baba Ramgiri Maharaj and BJP MLA Nitesh Rane , who are made controversial statements.
While interacting with media persons before the starts of tricolor rally Jaleel said that , we expected the state government to run the country as per the constitution. It seemed so, but it does not seem so. There was no justice even where expected from the court. So today we are going to give a copy of the constitution to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in a democratic way and peacefully.
We want to remind them what is their duty .When more than 60 cases are filed against Baba Ramgiri, no action is taken. So today we have left for Mumbai. I am not going to speak against caste religion but we have forgotten that there was a state culture.
We were going through in route Gangapur, but there is dirty politics going on in this too. A Hindutva rally was being held at Gangapur, some people were playing politics, so we changed the route to avoid any controversy,said Jaleel.
He alledged that Police are saying is can't go here can't go there. We believe in the Constitution. We have the right to go. The people coming in this rally do not belong to any party,he said.
He further alledged that peoples are threatening us saying that they will come to masjid and hit us but police are silent if no action is taken, I am going without using any flag.
I have appealed to people of all parties by sending letters. Crimes are not filed due to political pressure against them.
There is a need to make laws so that great men and divine power are not insulted.
He criticized what Nitesh Rane says then he is allowed to do different justice for me and different justice for Rane, added Jaleel.
