छत्रपती संभाजीनगर(औरंगाबाद), दि.17, (डि-24 न्यूज) :- राज्यातील सर्वसामान्य नागरिकांना दर्जेदार आरोग्य सुविधा मिळाव्यात याला शासनाचे सर्वोच्च प्राधान्य असून आरोग्य यंत्रणेचे जाळे अधिक घट्ट करण्यावर शासनाचा भर आहे.

छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथील निवासी डॉक्टरांसाठी आवश्यक त्या सोयी- सुविधा उभारणीसाठी आवश्यक तो निधी दिला जाईल, त्यांच्या सुरक्षेबाबतही शासन डॉक्टरांच्या पाठीशी आहे, अशी ग्वाही मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी आज दिली. 'चिठ्ठीमुक्त घाटी' या उपक्रमाबद्दल मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी रुग्णालय प्रशासनाचे कौतुक केले.

छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथील शासकीय वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालय व रुग्णालयास (घाटी) येथे मुख्यमंत्री श्री. शिंदे यांनी आज भेट देऊन अतिविशेषोपचार रुग्णालयाची पाहणी केली आणि डॉक्टरांशी संवाद साधला. यावेळी खासदार डॉ. भागवत कराड, खासदार संदीपान भुमरे, खासदार कल्याण काळे, आमदार संजय शिरसाट, आमदार प्रदीप जैस्वाल, प्रधान सचिव विकास खारगे, विभागीय आयुक्त दिलीप गावडे, जिल्हाधिकारी दिलीप स्वामी, वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन विभागाचे संचालक डॉ.अजय चंदनवाले, पोलीस आयुक्त प्रवीण पवार, शासकीय वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालय व रुग्णालयाचे अधिष्ठाता डॉ.शिवाजी सुक्रे उपस्थित उपस्थित होते.

यावेळी मुख्यमंत्री श्री. शिंदे म्हणाले की, तुम्ही सगळे डॉक्टर सामान्यांसाठी विघ्नहर्त्याची भूमिका पार पाडतात. अडीच वर्षांपूर्वी आमचं सरकार आलं तेव्हापासून सामान्य माणूस केंद्रबिंदू मानून निर्णय घेत आलो आहोत. आरोग्याच्या क्षेत्रातही सामान्य माणूस केंद्रबिंदू मानून आम्ही निर्णय घेतले आहेत. राज्यातील सामान्य नागरिकांना चांगल्या आरोग्य सुविधा मिळाव्यात यासाठी पुढाकार घेतला आहे. आरोग्य यंत्रणेचे जाळे अधिक घट्ट करण्यावर आमचा भर आहे. शासकीय वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालयातील वरिष्ठ निवासी डॉक्टरांना 5 हजार रुपये दरमहा सुधारित मानधन देण्याचा निर्णय घेतला असून वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालयातील इंटर्नशिप विद्यार्थ्यांना विद्यावेतनात भरीव वाढ करण्यात आली आहे.

पुढे मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले की, सद्यस्थितीमध्ये अतिविशेषोपचार रुग्णालयाच्या इमारतीमध्ये बाहयरुग्ण विभाग, कक्ष, आय.सी.यु. शस्त्रक्रियागृहे इत्यादी सेवा युरॉलॉजी, न्युरोसर्जरी, कार्डियॉलॉजी, प्लॅस्टिक सर्जरी, अशा प्रकराच्या अतिविशेषोपचार सेवा सुरु केलेल्या आहेत. यासेवेचा लाभ मराठवाडयासह बुलढाणा, वाशिम, जळगाव, नंदुरबार, धुळे, अहमदनगर अशा एकूण 14 जिल्ह्यामधून येणाऱ्या गोर-गरीब रुग्णांना फायदा होत आहे.

घाटी रुग्णालयाचा मराठवाड्यातील लाखो रुग्णांना फायदा होतोय. ज्यावेळी हे महाविद्यालय सुरु झाले त्यावेळी फक्त ५० विद्यार्थी क्षमता होती व रुग्णखाटांची संख्या 300 होती. आता विद्यार्थी क्षमता 200 इतकी झालेली आहे. शासकीय वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालय अंतर्गत राज्य कर्करोग संस्थाही कार्यान्वित आहे. रुग्णसेवा हीच ईश्वरसेवा समजून डॉक्टर रुग्णांना जीवदान देण्याचे काम करतात. रुग्णांच्या तसेच त्यांच्या कुंटूबियांच्या जीवनात आनंद निर्माण करण्याचे काम डॉक्टर करतात. त्यामुळे शासन डॉक्टरांच्या प्रश्नांच्या सोडवणूकीला प्राधान्य देत आहे. सुपरस्पेशॅलीटी सर्जिकल हॉस्पीटलसाठी आवश्यक निधीची तरतूद करण्यात येणार असल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले.

मुख्यमंत्री सहायता निधीचे पत्र प्राप्त होताच गरजूंना तात्काळ निधी देण्यात येत असून राज्यात दोन वर्षात 350 कोटी रुपये गरजू रुग्णांना उपचारासाठी देण्यात आले आहेत. महात्मा फुले जनआरोग्य योजनेची मर्यादा दिड लाखावरून पाच लाखांपर्यंत करण्यात आली आहे. या योजनेत राज्यातील सर्वांना सामावून घेण्यात आले आहे. आपले राज्य आरोग्य सेवेत अधिक प्रगत कसे करता येईल यासाठी शासनाकडून सर्वोतोपरी प्रयत्न सुरू असून डॉक्टरांच्या मागण्या तत्परतेने पूर्ण करू असेही मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले.

प्रास्ताविक अधिष्ठाता डॉ.शिवाजी सुक्रे यांनी केले. श्री.सुक्रे यांनी शासकीय वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालयाची स्थापना ते आतापर्यंतचा प्रवास याबाबत माहिती दिली. मार्ड संघटनेचे अध्यक्ष रोहन गायकवाड यांनी मनोगतात राज्यातील निवासी डॉक्टरांच्या मागे मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे उभे राहिले त्याबद्दल त्यांचे आभार व्यक्त केले. यावेळी वैद्यकीय क्षेत्रात आंतरराष्ट्रीय पातळीवर कार्य केल्याबद्दल नवजात शिशू विभागाचे डॉ.एल.एस.देशमुख, सूक्ष्मजीवशास्त्र विभागाच्या डॉ.ज्योती बजाज, स्त्री रोग विभागाचे डॉ.श्रीनिवास गडप्पा, यांचा मुख्यमंत्री श्री.शिंदे यांच्या हस्ते विशेष गौरव करण्यात आला.

Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar(Aurangabad), September 17:- "The government is giving top priority to ensure that all the common people of the state get quality health facilities. At the same time it is taking efforts to strengthen the network of health machinery. Necessary funds will be made available for providing facilities to the residential doctors at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. The state government is standing behind the doctors for their security", said Chief Minister Shri Eknath Shinde here, today.

He also appreciated the 'Prescription Free' GMCH initiative of the hospital administration.

Chief Minister Shri Eknath Shinde today visited the Government Medical College and Hospital (Ghati) at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and inspected the Super Speciality Hospital. He also interacted with the doctors. Member of Parliament Dr Bhagwat Karad, Sandipan Bhumre, Kalyan Kale, legislators Sanjay Shirsat, Pradeep Jaiswal, principal secretary Vikas Kharge, Divisional Commissioner Dilip Gawde, District Magistrate Dilip Swami, Director of Medical Education and Research (DMER) department Dr Ajay Chandanwale, commissioner of police Praveen Pawar, Dean of Government Medical College and Hospital Dr Shivaji Sukre were also present.

Chief Minister Shri Shinde further said that the doctors are playing the role of _Vighnaharta_ for the common people. He said that in the last two and a half years since his government took the charge of the state, he had been keeping the common man at the central point while taking any decision adding that in the health sector too, the common man it at the focus point. He said that the government is taking initiation to ensure that common people of the state get good health facilities.

TheChief Minister said that the government has taken the decision to give revised honorarium of 5000 rupees to the senior residential doctors working at government medical colleges and adequate raise has been done in stipend given to the students who are undergoing internship.

The Chief Minister further said that presently the outer patients department (OPD) cell, ICU, operation theatres and facilities like Urology, Neuro surgery, :Cardiology, Plastic surgery are included in the Super Speciality Hospital and the benefit of these facilities is taken by not only the poor and need patients from Marathwada region but from 14 district including Buldhana, Washim, Jalgaon, Nandurbar, Dhule and Ahmednagar.

He said that the GMCH at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar is benefiting lakhs of patients from Marathwada. He also said that when the college was started, the student intake capacity was only 50 and the number of beds ere 300. Now, the number of students has increased to 100. He said that the State Cancer institution is also being run under the aegis of Government Medical College. He told the doctors that they are working with the vision of 'Service to patient is Service to God' and are working hard for bringing joy in the lives of patients and their families. He said that as such, the government is giving priority for solving their problems. He also assured that necessary funds will be provided for the Super Speciality Surgical Hospital.

The Chief Minister said that as soon as the letter of Chief Minister assistance fund is received, the needy people are provided the funds and in last 2 years funds of 3 thousand 500 crores have been provided to the needy patients for various treatments. He said that the upper limit of Mahatma Phule Jan Aarogya Yojana had been extended to five lakh from 1.5 lakh and all the people of the state had been brought under the scheme. He said that all out efforts are taken by the government to chalk out how more modern health facilities can be provided to the patients. He also assured that all the demands of the doctors will be accepted, immediately.
